  1. There is gravity of the Moon, it just isn’t as strong as on the Earth. The strength of gravity depends on how big your moon or planet is. As the Moon is much smaller than the Earth the gravity is six times less on the Moon compared to the Earth, that is why astronauts could hop and jump around the Moon more easily.
