You can’t feel the Earth spinning because you are moving with it at the same speed; just like if you are in a car going at a steady speed on the motorway, it doesn’t feel like you’re moving unless you look out of the window. Of course if you were in an open top car you’d be able to feel the wind whizzing past you, but since Earth moves through a vacuum and the air in the atmosphere travels with it, like us, at just the same speed, we feel no sensation of movement.
