  1. It all depends on what you consider “advanced” … but probably the answer is ‘no’.

    Here’s why: technical advancement begets technological advancement, and technology involves industry, and industry produces byproducts that have long-lasting evidence. Since there is no evidence whatsoever (not even a little itty bitty smidgen) that dinosaurs make “products” or had a system of record keeping, chances are slim.

    There’s a lot of evidence to the contrary, actually, suggesting that Dinosaurs were actually pretty stupid by our standards. But I’m sure you already knew that 🙂
